Transformation story

I have been working out to Beachbody programs now since July of 2008.
I lost in excess of 50 pounds and have managed to level off between 125 and 130 pounds.

I have been working out to Beachbody programs now since July of 2008.
I lost in excess of 50 pounds and have managed to level off between 125 and 130 pounds.
I am pleased with the weight loss but realise I am not happy with the final result or look of my body. I am getting older now and have kept a small amount of fat and loose skin right over my abs. So I have made new goals and moved into a new direction. I need to figure out eatting clean and building muscle. This is a change in mindset from just " I need to lose weight"
So my transformation story is *still* a work in progress. I need to find my answers to achieve my personal goals.
I find that the longer I am doing these workouts the more my "goals" change.
I must "keep on keeping on"

Just a quick update. As at todays date I have been able to maintain my weight. I did put weight on over the holiday season which was followed by my Hawaiian vacation. Since returning home at the end of January I have been working out to Rev Abs and have gotten back to 130 lbs. I am hoping by the end of the program to be down to 125lbs once again. I am not a coach but I so strongly believe in these products that I started my own fit-club here in my home town. The numbers are low right now but we will grow in size over the coming year as Now is the time.There truly is a fitness revolution happening.
