Stats: 42 yrs., 135 lbs., 5'3", Cholesterol 266 (190 LDL/57 HDL), fasting blood sugar 100). I have a weakness for dark chocolate chips, of which I consume about 40 daily. My diet is nutritionally sound mostly, just too large of portions. I lack adequate structure/discipline in my schedule. I rededicate myself to improving my well-being through consistent, frequent healthy diet & excercise
