Stats: 42 yrs., 135 lbs., 5'3", Cholesterol 266 (190 LDL/57 HDL), fasting blood sugar 100). I have a weakness for dark chocolate chips, of which I consume about 40 daily. My diet is nutritionally sound mostly, just too large of portions. I lack adequate structure/discipline in my schedule. I rededicate myself to improving my well-being through consistent, frequent healthy diet & excercise choices. I usually do cardio, weights, or yoga pilates 1X/wk. each. I need Million Dollar Body to add motivation and accountability to my life. I'm also dedicated to my husband and three children (ages 23,8,4). The younger children have special needs. My days are filled with household management, doctor appts., cooking, cleaning, shopping, flower gardening, book reading, taking and teaching classes and seminars (for personal growth, to learn behaviors that help my children heal and thrive, and to keep my mind sharp).
