Hello. My name is June W. from Virginia. I am 33 years old. Recently, I became a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant/Licensed or COTA/L. Also, in 2010, I graduated at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. There, I learned over 100 diet theories as well as how our lifestyle affects our eating habits.
My eating habits:
My eating habits are still poor. It has been tough staying healthy and strong for the last few years in college. While I was attending college, I did not eat. I claimed I was doing a particular diet for my health, but I was just not eating. I have never had good eating habits and those habits are catching up with me...I met the love of my life and finally started eating again. Only this time, I am at the highest weight I have ever had. I, now, weigh 155 lbs. I’m the happiest I have ever been, but I still want that six-pack of abs.
My workout habits:
Honestly, I use to be strong. I finished P90X once. I felt like I was on top of the world. I wanted to rock climb and do things that I never felt I could do. Then, college happened. Within a year, I developed even more poor eating habits and stopped exercising. I blamed that on no time. Since completing college, I have no excuse…I have returned! YaY!

It is, now, time to re-calculate my own diet plan with the knowledge I have gained and present that to the rest of the world through my own transformation.
A summary of my past years through now:
"I know what it is like to be depressed...understands how someone who has been working hard on a task and just decides to quit, instantly! So I am taking my own advice. Let the tears flow...keep your head up...and remember to think POSITIVE in what seems like rough times. The mind can change from good to evil and evil back to good! Remember to love. Love yourself first and then you can love others in return!" ~June
