I have an all to common story here;

I am a former United States Marine, and after leaving the miltary, I left behind any kind of organized physical fitness training at all.
Before I realized I had gone from a 32 inch waist to almost a 53 inch waist and spiraled completely into a deep depression as well as a bad cycle of bad food and no exercise.

My weight had become such a problem that I have almost completely avoided any family photos for years. I couldn't sleep at night, I would just sit and let myself get worse every day, it effected the way I worked, interacted with my family, customers and coworkers, and I cant remember the last time I have been outside my house on a hot day without a shirt on.

Since finding the world of Beachbody I have found a new purpose in life and new much higher goals.

My #1 goal is to return to the level of health I once enjoyed and took for granted and then surpass it.

And now as a Coach I hope to help as many people as I can enjoy there journey to fitness and joy. As well as any other goals we as a TEAM can come up with.

My life is finally ahead of me again and for that I for one will be forever grateful to Tony Horton and my Coach Aaron Mathis (Airdog) for the information and inspiration they have given me from day 1 sitting on the couch watching the P90X infomercial.

I am lucky enough to have been able to meet some truly amazing people in my personal transformation journey. In March ’09 I was able to meet Tony Horton in California along with a lot of the Beachbody Super Coaches; this truly has been a life changing journey with the end nowhere in sight.
