My name is Josiah. I'm a 17 year old from Oklahoma, who recently discovered the P90X program and am almost done with my first stab the classic version. I love being active and my hobbies include sports, running, hiking, camping, climbing, P90X, and pretty much anything that gets me out of the house.

I grew up as a small, skinny, kind of weak kid. I never had too much interest in fitness, sports, or even being active until a few years ago. I started working out when I was about 14 to try to bulk up. Nothing to serious, just curls, sit ups, and push ups. Eventually I moved to heavier weights and started benching and squatting. I gained a little bit of strength over the years, but never increased to much in size (I weighed in at 90 lbs at age fourteen, 135 and 16). My interest/fascination with athletics and fitness started around when I turned sixteen. I started playing football my junior year of high school, and after my first season realized I really wanted to bulk up and get in shape. My brother first introduced me to the P90X program, and I decided to give it a shot. I started March 28th of 2008 and i've been pushing play ever since. I've gained almost 10 lbs, and seen a huge difference in my overall fitness and health. I love it, and it's really educated me about how to keep my body in good shape. Can't wait to continue the program and see how I improve!
