I am looking to get in the best shape possible withing my abilities. Over the past year, I have lost 40 pounds and approximately 5 inches off my waist. Adding a bit of muscle mass and more definition would be ideal.

Outside of working out, I spend my free time playing fingerstyle acoustic guitar and reading the Bible.

I have skipped some exercises and have not done all of the repeats, but I have worked out faithfully each day so far.
