Well let me start by telling a little about myself. I am 24 years old and have been married for 2 years. We have a beautiful 7 year old daugther name Alexis. Well let me start by telling a little about myself. I am 24 years old and have been married for 2 years. We have a beautiful 7 year old daugther name Alexis. Like most people, I have struggled with my weight since I was in grammer school and have let those memories destory my life. I can only remember the mean children that always made fun of me and have let them develop who I am today. I have lack of self confidences and self esteem which effects my marriage, job, & social life. My husband is very supportive of me and hopes my dreams come true. I have a hard time in my marriage because I dewell on my body image and can't see what he see in me. (If that makes sense.) I am doing this because I don't want Alexis growing up with that negative output on her life. I know she can sense how I feel about myself. Today, I start my life with a new lease on life with TJ. I am 4" 11" and am 185 lbs. My goal is to be happy and healthy so I can play with Alexis without getting tired. I want to turn my husband head and truely know it. I don't really care what the scale says as long as I'm happy. But I know that I have to change the inside before I can change the outside. So I am asking for everyone's help to keep me motivated. Thanks for any support.
