Transformation story

At this point in my journey, I have started to work out again at least 3-5 days
each week. In the past, I was plagued with injuries from two rear end car

At this point in my journey, I have started to work out again at least 3-5 days
each week. In the past, I was plagued with injuries from two rear end car
accidents. Through lifting weights and supplementing with protein and
glucosamine, I was able to strengthen my knees. The next
goal for me is to really work on my diet and fully committ to a 100% natural
diet (no processed foods and as many organic foods as possible).

Beachbody (MDB) has been at the center of my success. While I have always been fairly active, diet and nutrition had always been a struggle for me. Notice that I said "had been". With Turbo Jam, my favorite Beachbody work out, I was able to lose 13 lbs and almost 6% body fat over a 2 month period. The meal plans offered by Beachbody are the best I have encountered. The meal plans are based on whole, nutritious, minimally processed foods that produce the energy and stamina needed to make it through the day or a tough work out. Through the education and tools offered by the club membership, I am able to make good choices that consist of healthy foods I love. Nothing is set in stone which brings flexibility and variation and makes it easy to stay on track. I have tried endless diets only to lose and gain the weight right back the moment I deviate. Thanks to Beachbody, I now feel like I have found something that will work and help me maintain a healthy weight for the rest of my life.
