I'm originally from Nashville, Tenn but have lived in 6 different states. No, none of my parents were in the military, just a mother that couldn't sit still. It's been great to experience new places and be open minded to change and adapting to new environments. I'm a Graphic Design major and loving it!!! There are so many routes to purse in this field and I wouldn't give it up for any other type of work. I use to be more active until life and reality slapped the crap out of me after high school. Adulthood kicked in and my time and money disappeared, less and less of it belonged to me, a very small portion of time and money. So I got caught up in the cycle of bad eating habits, no activity and lack of sleep and therefore became a 'lazybone' and got FAT :( ... I'm on a new mission though, a mission to burn fat, gain muscle, eat right (I've gone meatless actually) and maintain that lifestyle.

I pretty much failed my first to twenty third attempts to losing weight, obviously cause I like being fat. Didn't hate it enough to make it go away and do what it takes I guess. My highest weight was 214 (holy smokes i know), I got down to 190 and then over 4 months shot back up to 204. I was working full time and going to school at nights and couldn't find a way to squeeze in physical activity on a regular basis, and O yeah pigged out on out food. It sucked! I just got rounder and rounder in all the wrong places. But since I've moved to a new place and do not start back school until April I've got 90 days from Jan 1st to March 31st to really give P90X my all. So thats the first plan. Over the last few months I've lowered my intake of meats, out-food and sugar and starting Jan 1st I've decided to go meatless, increase my veggies (never had a problem there), lower my sugars, take my activity level up a ton of notches and lose this weight. I want to lose 64 pounds and gain about 10lbs of muscle. I want my body fat percentage to be around 15%. Basically I want to be curvy and not in the round ball kinda way. I've decided to commit and succeed at this program. Also on top of this I will be jogging every other morning with my Sis who is extremely supportive. She has lost almost 80lbs herself and knows the rode to losing weight. Yaaay, I'm happy to have her push and pull me through. We shall see where it takes me.
