Hi, My name is Kandy Berry and I am a fitness coach! I am currently a PE teacher
in an elementary school in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Prior to teaching, I was a
strength coach at the college level and a member of the NSCA. I am a single
parent with two teenage children. Exercise is as much my routine as eating
