I started at 242 lbs. in March 2007, using the Slim in 6 program and watching my caloric intake. I stretched "Slim in 6" to "Slim in 6 months" and have been on the "Ramp it Up" for most of that time, More ...
I started at 242 lbs. in March 2007, using the Slim in 6 program and watching my caloric intake. I stretched "Slim in 6" to "Slim in 6 months" and have been on the "Ramp it Up" for most of that time, up till about June 2007. I advanced to "Burn it up" for the month of July. With summer ending and my schedule getting more hectic, I started looking for a workout that didn't take quite so long and would give some variety. I picked one of the other workouts I had on hand and have been doing that for the month of August. I just ordered Turbo Jam (a birthday present to myself), and hope that will give the results I'm looking for, or at least get me closer to them. So far I've lost 39 lbs and gone down a size.
