Welcome to my Million Dollar Body Coaching page!

I am 47 years old and a mother of a 14 year old daughter. My daughter is very active in sports and in life. I noticed that I was moving away from activity while she was becoming more active. I found that my life was becoming more sedentary and hence had put on quite a few extra pounds. I was caught up in the yoyo dieting syndrome and always ended up weighing more than before.

I want to turn that back around and be able to enjoy activities with my daughter as well as expand by horizons and be active on my own too!

Million Dollar Body has changed my life! By pushing play on a regular basis I am getting in shape and by following the diet and nutrition advise I am getting healthy for life-for living. By being more active, eating better and taking great supplements I have so much more energy then I had before.

I have always enjoyed helping, teaching, training others and by being a Million Dollar Body Coach I am furthering that passion. The financial gains that have come with being a coach have been such a blessing to our family.
