Hi! I became part of the Beachbody "family" way back in 2003. I started with Power 90 and got great results. I lost 8 lbs. and 14 inches total in just 90 days. It was hard to commit to working out 6 days a week, but the results were definitely the reward. I have been using Beachbody workouts for the past 4 years now and continue to enjoy the fantastic variety and support from the message boards. I have met some wonderful friends because of beachbody, and have seen many of them completely transform their bodies! I cruised to Mexico with 60 other beachbody fans, and even got to meet Tony Horton himself at the 2005 Chicago Fitness Camp! My initial results with Power 90 were fantastic and over the past years I have been able to maintain most of my results by using a variety of beachbody workouts. I have definitely slacked off many times over the years, but every time I go back to pushing play, I see results quickly! Variety is the key for me and Beachbody has given me the tools to start and continue living a fit lifestyle. Eat right and push play, it's that simple! And find a workout that you LOVE! There are so many to choose from at Beachbody that one (or all) are sure to please. I am currently doing Turbo Jam and so far I just can't get enough, the workouts are so much fun.

90:

My 90 Day Adventure has been a wonderful journey! I
have lost 8 pounds and 9.75 inches. My gut no longer
hangs over my jeans, it is almost FLAT now! I can't say
that it wasn't tough to commit to working out 6 days a
week, but it was definitely well worth it! I love the way my
body has changed, I am so much stronger now too. My
health has improved and I have much more energy &
stamina. Thank you Beachbody for the new me!!
