Hi - My name is Karen, I am 37, and live in California. I am married and I don't have children. But, I do have a beautiful orange tabby named Tigger. He is a great cat! I am a 2nd grade teacher at an elementary school in my town. I get busy with work and home commitments and I have been putting working out/healthful activities last lately. I tend to get bored with my workouts then I find excuses not to work out. I have gained about 8 pounds and many of my clothes don't even fit anymore. I know 8 pounds seems like a small amount, but I am short, so a few pounds really changes the makeup of my body. I hate going into the summer months feeling flabby and out of shape. So now I am committed to working out and trying to get in better shape and feel healthier.
