Hi - I am a former physical educator and a mother of four. I have one child in college, one at Target Corporate, and two in the Navy. I have created a high ropes course for at risk children. I enjoy water skiing, cross country skiing, challenges, and life.

Tonight I weighed and measured and set out my goals. Wow - never had to do this before and is it humbling.

I have been a PE teacher and coach my whole life - never had to worry about weight. Then I went rogue and started consulting - and I gained weight.

I started coaching the year Title Nine came into existance. I fought for girls to be in the weight room, be on the courts, and in competition.

I can't remember the number of times I complained about a few pounds and never knew what it was like to be overweight and starting a program. But August 1st was the day - and my program is Turbo Fire. Plus I still love being in the weight room - so I will do some weights on some days.

I want to be able to waterski with my grandkids, ride the rides at Disney, run some more 5K's with my kids, and be able to give horsey back rides and have water fights in the lake.

I am on my way - if figure I need to pull up some of the old determination and fire that I used to bring sports to women - and apply it to myself.
Beachbody is my system and my support!! So let's bring it on.
