I am a mother of 3 wonderful children, married for 13 years and have 2 dogs. My life is crazy busy, I am usually living life under high stress, but I am trying to change that. I have gained a lot of weight since getting married and have a goal of losing 75 pounds more. I have tried millions of diets & failed. I was over 255 pounds Christmas 2006. I lost a few pounds by April of 2007. I started eating less, also had my tonsils out, and continued on a smaller intake of food. I lost 20 lbs by August of 2007, More ...
I was over 255 pounds Christmas 2006. I lost a few pounds by April of 2007. I started eating less, also had my tonsils out, and continued on a smaller intake of food. I lost 20 lbs by August of 2007, but slowly added more sugar back into my diet. It has been a struggle since with the cravings, but I have managed to keep the original 20 pounds off. I am now walking a few times a week as well as trying to reduce the large amounts of sugar intake.
My goals are to get myself up earlier in the morning so I can walk every day, and I hope to be able to run instead of walking eventually. I am too out of shape for that yet.
