I've been an avid runner and spinner for years. Those activities were keeping me in shape, but my fitness wasn't improving. Since I've started Insanity, I've seen so many changes in my body that I never realized could change! My hips, my arms, my legs, my strength, my stamina! My running has improved - I'm faster now! And my stamina on long runs has improved dramatically. And I'm only through month 1 of Insanity! Although this is the toughest workout that I've ever done, it is the most rewarding. Combined with Shakeology, my energy has nearly doubled, which is great because my work schedule can be crazy some weeks. And the great thing is, once I finish Insanity, I can repeat it again, and keep reaping the benefits. Or I can try another Beachbody program. I know that I will be in shape for the rest of my life.
