Lakewood, OH I have been physically active for years, as a runner and regular spinner, but wasn’t achieving the strength and toning I wanted, even when logging 40-50 miles per week. Enter Team Beachbody. I started the Insanity workout, and it is by far the most challenging routine I have ever committed to. Team Beachbody has made me stronger (not to mention it has shaved off inches!). Team Beachbody has a program for EVERYONE no matter how busy your schedule, no matter what your current fitness level is, and no matter what your fitness goals are (strength, weight loss, toning, flexibility, and more).
I also starting drinking Shakeology every day, usually as a replacement for breakfast. I've been a pretty "clean" eater for the last few years, but I actually notice the health benefits of Shakeology. My skin became clearer, my nails became stronger, I had more energy, which was especially important since I started a new workout routine (Insanity). And, I've just about kicked my craving for everything sweet, because Shakeology has helped regulate my blood sugar (this was an unexpected, yet welcome benefit for me).

I've been an avid runner and spinner for years. Those activities were keeping me in shape, but my fitness wasn't improving. Since I've started Insanity, I've seen so many changes in my body that I never realized could change! My hips, my arms, my legs, my strength, my stamina! My running has improved - I'm faster now! And my stamina on long runs has improved dramatically. And I'm only through month 1 of Insanity! Although this is the toughest workout that I've ever done, it is the most rewarding. Combined with Shakeology, my energy has nearly doubled, which is great because my work schedule can be crazy some weeks. And the great thing is, once I finish Insanity, I can repeat it again, and keep reaping the benefits. Or I can try another Beachbody program. I know that I will be in shape for the rest of my life.
