I've gone from 262lbs to 150lbs and a size 6. I was extremely unhealthy and on many medications. Nothing worked. Today, I am in the best shape I have ever been in. I exercise regularly and eat proper nutrition. Sure, motivation can be a problem, but Beachbody products are led by some phenomenal instructors that get your rear off the couch and keep you moving! I'm living proof!
