About my P90X experience: I've been a P90X user for three years now and I primarily use it for maintenance and the wonderful variety.
UPDATE (4/11/12): got derailed by a trip to the mainland for a funeral. Got 2 months done though. Time to get back on the tracks. :)
UPDATE (1/9/12): Started a new 90-day round this week, starting day 4 tomorrow! Yay!
UPDATE (5/7/10): I got an excellent on my PT test, 95%, and it's the highest score I have had in 6 years of service!
I haven't always been fit. Before I joined the Air Force in 2004, I weighed 192lbs, my heaviest. That was in 2001. After 9-11 I got in shape to join the Air Force. Now I'm "Fit to Fight!"
So, for me, P90X is a great way to unwind after work or schedule that "I-have-to-get-this-done" workout when your world is a whirlwind. I definitely prefer to get it out of the way in the mornings and use it to wake me up!
