Hi, my name is Kisha and I’m a Beachbody Coach! I’ve always been on the road to stay fit & active. I’ve run track since I was about nine years old. In March of 2009 I took second place at the Masters Track championship in the W40-44 60m dash with a time of 8.67s! I love competition and I love Beachbody too!

My transformation started in 2006 when I saw a picture of myself at the Masters Outdoor Track Championships held in North Carolina. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Well that picture and my times at that meet said it all. I had gained 20 pounds and had gone from running 12.7 s 100m dashes to running them in 13.7s! I used to be able to compete without training. But over almost 10 years I became more prone to shin splints, calf strains, hamstring tightness, and lower back strains. I used to be able to eat whatever I wanted without putting on a pound. The scale said differently. Then I found out I had high blood pressure. That was my wakeup call. I have to exercise regularly to stay fit AND eat right to stay healthy. In June of this year I pulled my hamstring. After six weeks of rehab and physical therapy, I can start training again. I'm juicing now and eating healthier. And I'll strive to push play at least twenty times a month.
