I started P90X for the 2nd time last December. I had also started counting calories and have been on a 1500 calorie per day diet. So far, I have lost about 20 lbs. I am also seeing very nice definition in my arms, back, chest, abs, thighs, and calfs. I need a lot of money because I need a new wardrobe. I bought some new pants about a month ago and those are now too big also.
