I have made changes in my diet, trying to stay away from High Fructose Corn Syrup, Nitrates, Hydrogenated foods. Increasing my amounts of Fruits, Vegitables, High Proteins, and Whole Grains. My goal has been to do the Power 90 exercise at least 3 times a week. I find Tony Horton motivational. I like in the power 90 videos how they have the Status bar on the side to show how far into the work out I am and gives me a goal to work to the next break then I set another goal to complete the whole workout.
