Hello everyone. I guess this is where I say something about myself. Well lets see where to begin. I am a 36 year old male that enjoys pretty much everything. I am a pretty laid back kind of guy (I think) but my friends say I am very high strung who knows. Anyway my history with working out has been one of the typical person. Well I am at day 23 and I am very impressed with all my results. And of course the comments from friends and coworkers. I think at this rate I will surly reach my goals. I no longer feel hungry all More ...
Well I am at day 23 and I am very impressed with all my results. And of course the comments from friends and coworkers. I think at this rate I will surly reach my goals. I no longer feel hungry all the time. I have cut out my 12 pack of coke daily. I have not visited a fast food joint since I started. I did miss two workouts so far but I figured that the work I was doing on my house made up for that (had to did a 3 foot deep 1.5 foot wide, 30 foot long trench on my back yard because we are locating our power line underground and that was a lot of work. I am in my recovery week and hope to see big changes in the next phase. I will keep you all posted.
I plan to take more pictures next week to post the progress
