More statistics| KrisO I've been a fitness runner for about 17 years. I stick to fairly low mileage to avoid overuse injuries, but love being outside. I bike in nice weather. I decided it was time to work on overall fitness, especially core & upper body. I'm a nurse practitioner, married to an electrical engineer. I have a daughter in college and a son in the Coast Guard.
