I have always been a big guy, and as time has gone on my dissatisfaction with
constantly being the fat guy has come to a head. As I get older (granted, I'm

I have always been a big guy, and as time has gone on my dissatisfaction with
constantly being the fat guy has come to a head. As I get older (granted, I'm
far from old now) I have realised the importance of my health and I want to
reach a state of harmony within myself that aligns my vision of myself with
who I am. Physical fitness is important to both my physical and mental states
of health and I feel that I am prepared to live up to the challenge of executing
a permanent lifestyle shift at this time in my life.

I have been relatively active throughout my life, exercising on a nearly daily
basis, but I think that with this programme I am able to focus myself on a
plan that will ultimately achieve results without just haphazardly wading
through the mess of health information.

I come here having done reasonable amounts of cardio and weight exercises,
but in particular I have a strong yoga practice which is and has been a focal
point in my life.
