Hello, my name is Krista and I'm a married mother of 3. I have a teenage

who introduced me to Beachbody, I live a busy life. As much as I would love
to make it to the gym 3 times a week my schedule usually wont allow me to
get there once a week.

After the birth of my first child it
was fairly easy to get back my "ideal" body. After my twins were born the
story changed. Though I was not overweight I was nowhere near where I once
was. Things just didn't snap back. I tried exercise and diet on my own but
each time I found that after awhile I fell back into my old habits. Soon I
became complacent and decided I was "happy" with myself. After all, My
doctor told me that I was within my normal weight range. It wasn't until my
father had his heart attack this past summer when I started reading all of the
literature that they gave us I began to worry. One pamphlet read: Even
average weight people are at risk of heart disease if they're not active and
eating a well balanced diet. So when my friend began to tell me about her
experiences with Beachbody, I thought "I can't pass this up." Here's the
opportunity that I've been looking for. Beachbody is accountability, support
and much more.

I love Beachbody because every question I have has an answer. If I can't find
it on the website (and that hasn't happened yet), I know I can contact one of
my Success Buddies and they will have the answer. It's nice to have a
community of friends all working together for the same goal...Health.

Together I know we will be successful in achieving and keeping a healthy
