My Buddies (20)
I am 26, a stay at home mom of three children, age 9, 4 and 2. I am needing a better way to stay motivated and how to make staying on target easier. I have hit my goal weight but want to really focus on toning up and eating right. I recently found out that I am intollerant to dairy so changing the way I eat and feed my family is huge right now.

Growing up I was always the "skinny" girl, I wasnt really into sports or fitness and just felt lucky I didnt have to watch what I ate. All in all I just want to build muscle, have more energy and feel confident in my skin. I know that sticking with these programs and being consistent will get me to this goal.
As I write those words "New Start" I have dejavu. How many times have I said that to myself. It is definatly too many to count. Oh Ill start Monday, or the first day next month.... maybe it will be More ...
