My name is Kristin Martin. I am 39, a wife, and mother of two amazing boys, 6 and 8. I am a mortgage underwriter and am so blessed to be able to work from home. Thank goodness for technology. I have worked out fairly regularly all my life. In addition, I have fractured and severely sprained my ankle numerous times over the last 20 years. This past June (2006) on the way to vacation I stepped out of my truck and severely tore ligaments in my ankle. Finally, a wonderful orthopaedic doctor told me he would operate and reconstruct my ankle so I would be able to run once again. Running is how I lost all my baby weight after my first son was born. So, I was ecstatic! I now have a new ankle and an additional 15 pounds from sitting for 3 months straight. So, on my lunch break one day I was watching a paid advertisement for Hip Hop Abs. Wow, the cds looked really exciting and fun to do. I ordered them. Then I found this wonderful WOWY website and success buddies. I am really enjoying working out again and intend to keep going. My goal is to lose 30 pounds but if I just tone and slim I will be really happy. Thank you all for your support.
