I'm 35 years old, live in Atlanta, Georgia and am married to a wonderful woman who, along with my 2-year old son (and a girl on the way) inspire me to be a better person every day. I've never really considered myself grossly out of shape, although my weight can fluctuate very easily (loosing or gaining 30 lbs is no problem for me over the course of 3 or 4 months). I'm 35 years old, live in Atlanta, Georgia and am married to a wonderful woman who, along with my 2-year old son (and a girl on the way) inspire me to be a better person every day. I've never really considered myself grossly out of shape, although my weight can fluctuate very easily (loosing or gaining 30 lbs is no problem for me over the course of 3 or 4 months). I am looking for some consistency in my training and definitely looking to tone up and feel better about my body. Running was great for my cardio and staying lean, but it didn't give me the body I wanted and haven't had since high school. I'm working out by myself and each day it's a struggle to push play after a long day of work, but the P90X DVDs make it easy once I get going. I'm 3 weeks into the program (as of June 12) and loving it so far...just wish there weren't so many darn pull-ups.
