I am 20 and a junior in college. In high school I was on the track team and
worked out for hours every day. The summer before I went to college, I was
driving home, stopped at a red light when a semi plowed into the back of my
jeep. He was only going 45 mph, but he didn't even touch his brakes. I was in

I lost 10 lbs and a pant size in the first week! Mind you it wasn't easy. I
brought it HARD everyday, followed that nutrition guide to the letter ( I am so
sick of egg whites let me tell you) and sometimes did extra cardio. But it is so
worth it!
