I'm 50 y/o and have always believed in exercise and eating right, which is easier said than done. I work in law enforcement so staying active is a must. I am married with one daughter. I've done P90X a few times with great results, but am a little board. I plan to start P90X2 at the end of January (after I'm done with this round of P90X and given my self 2 weeks active rest).

I love the P90X and Insanity workouts, and have done both of them twice. But during the summer, I'm too busy with work, and projects around the home to keep at them. I do run 2-3 times per week which helps, but not enough. I've gained 7 pounds since March and want them off! Today I start P90X Lean, one day early because of work tomorrow. I will be pushing play 6 days a week, and keep to the diet as much as possible. Thanks for being here with me, TeamBeachBody.
