I am in the process of moving from the Bay Area to just north of Seattle. I will be moving about 6 months after my husband, so I want to use the extra time we have apart to really hone in and focus on... ME! It's so easy to put yourself into the caregiver role, always taking care of others. But, in order to best take care of others, we need to be at our own personal best. You can't give something you don't have. So, as we are gearing up to start a family in the next couple of years, I want to be at my peak mentally, physically, and finanancially!
