BURN FOR THE FIRST 2 WEEKS. I DID IT 5X A WEEK. THEN I WOULD DO LEARN
AND BURN WITH THE AB WORK OUT..BUT I HATE BEING ON THE FLOOR SO I
WOULD ONLY DO THE FIRST HALF WHERE SHES STANDING..THEN ONCE I
KNEW ALL THE POSITIONS I STARTED ALTERNATING LEARN AND BURN AND
CARDIO.ALWAYS DID HALF OF ABS VIDEO..THEN MY MOM TOOK MY LEARN
AND BURN DVD SO I STRTED DOING AB AND ALTERNATING BETWEEN CARDIO
AND JAB VIDEO.I ALSO DID LEAN CUZINES FOR BREAKFAST AND LUNCH AND
ATE REG FOR DINNER JUST A SMALLER PORTION. WELL I DIDNT HIT 199LBS
JAN 1 ST BUT ITS OK . I CURRENTLY WEIGHT IN AT 220
LBS AND IM IN A SIZE 16. I KNOW MORE WEIGH WOULD HAVE DROPPED IF I
STOP THE NORMAL EATTING ROUTINE ON THE WEEKENDS THEY ALWAYS SET
ME BACK.SO I DECIDED ALL ID HAVE TO DO GIVE GIVE UP 3 MONTHS OF
WEEKENDS AND ILL REACH MY GOAL QUICKER.I HAVE AN AWSOME COACH

MAKE HER PROUD EVERY WEEK WITH AT LEAST A WEIGHT LOSS EVEN IF ITS

MARCH TIL APRIL 23 ...DUE TOO FLU AND DOCTOR APP FOR KIDS ...IM VERY
DISAPPOINTED THAT I HAVENT DONE MT TURBO JAM TODAY APRIL 22 I HAD
THE WORST MIGRANE..BUT I WILL NOT LET ANYTHING STOP ME FROM DOING
MY TURBO JAM SUMMERS ALMOST HERE N I CAN DO IT .... I WHATED THE
BIGGEST LOSER N WATCHING THEM LOOSE OVER 100 LBS IN 15 WEEKS IS AN
INSPERATION..WISH ME LUCK
