I landed a seditary job and working out was softball once a week. A couple years later, I married and began a family. Life then revolved around them and not myself. I started eating fast food, sodas, junk food, etc... I was caught up in the fast life and not watching what I was eating. I drifted away from sports and exercising. Golf was the closest think to exercising but that was riding a golf cart and walking over to the ball. Well, I ballooned from 175 to 256 lbs. In 21 years I put 81 lbs. Ugly isn't it. My weight has been fluctuating ever since between 225 and 250. I realized I'm in the obese category and that totally demoralized me. I needed someone or something to turn this around soon. I realized it was ME. I began by getting back outside by walking at first, then running. Playing softball again, walking with my wife, just getting off the couch and not watching sports on the weekend has changed me. I hope that you will follow along with me during my one year transformation and togehter we can reach our goals. I, as you, want a happy, healthy and enjoyable long life, especially for my wife and kids...

I was introduced to MDB last year by a couple of fellow workers who told me of a product that could help me get back into shape and earn money while losing pounds. I put it off and continued to gain the weight. Finally, I broke down after stepping on the scale and registering a dissmal 250 lbs. That was it for me. I decided to make the change and take up my friends offer and try it for a year. I didn't want to be a coach. It was change in my life style that I was seeking. As you will read in my transformation I have steadily lost weight and stuck to the program. I've been avoding breads and pastas, not eating past 8:00 PM and exercising daily. Hopefully, with MDB, my coaches, and you by my side my one year goal of losing 50 lbs or more will be a successful one.
Currently, 3/6/08, I've lost 12 lbs, I'm noticing my pants are not as snug and my energy level has increased as I have been using the vitamin supplements and recovery drinks as a meal replacement in the morning. At this rate I should be able to reach my goal and beyond!!!
