Mission Viejo, CA My name is Lisa Weaver and I grew up in Southern California. I have been happily married for 18 years and love to just hang with my family, especially with my most adorable nieces who are Hannah (8 yrs.) and Maddie (3 yrs.). Other than being with my family, my next favorite thing to do is workout. I have been working out for over 18 years and, yes, I am certainly addicted. Other than being with my family, my next favorite thing to do is workout. I have been working out for over 18 years and, yes, I am certainly addicted. It is the best addicition EVER!!! I remember the high impact aerobics (remember the leg warmers and the word leotard?), then came step aerobics. I took a break from step aerobics and took up running. I ran the Rock n Roll Marathon about 5 years ago and then about two years ago discovered Turbojam. My sister, Rachel, told me about it. I so did not want to change my workout routine, running was it for me. But when I did Turbojam, I thought, how could I have not done this sooner. It is the absolute BEST workout with results to show for it. I am so greatful for Turbojam and all the friends I have made in class. Like my niece Hannah says, "Gosh Aunt Lisa, you always talk about Turbo."

Since starting Turbojam I have also learned about calorie in-take. I was always into fitness, but had the attitude that since I workout I can eat anything. I have learned that just as important as working out is also what one eats and how often. I have completely changed my eating habits, I had my bodyfat tested, I found out exactly how many calories I must cosume to maintain or lose weight. Since I have been eating better, higher protein, fruits, veggies and brown carbs, I feel so much better and not so many sweet cravings. Oh, and I have also cut out all fast-food too. My goal now is to maintain, but also to build more muscle.
