I don't like to exercise. There, I said it. As a kid, I had terrible asthma and was overweight, so exercise always meant pain and humiliation to me. Now, as an adult, I have lost more than 30 pounds from my highest weight and I'm ready to work on being truly fit and healthy.
I am using some old Power90 tapes (yes, tapes!) that I bought years ago. I have used them on and off, but have never I don't like to exercise. There, I said it. I am using some old Power90 tapes (yes, tapes!) that I bought years ago. I have used them on and off, but have never made it through the full 90 days, but now I plan to! I am also doing Weight Watchers to help me with my diet. It has always worked for me and is a system I trust.
My goal is to reach my goal weight of 140 pounds and feel fit and healthy by this summer, when my husband and I are taking a trip to Hawaii!

In 2002, I was a junior in college; I was stressed out of my mind, in a long-distance relationship that was going nowhere and finally living in my own apartment — with the ability to cook my own meals — for the first time. I went to the college gym and weighed myself: 188 pounds, the heaviest I had ever been. I decided it was time for a change.
At first I used Slim Fast and the pounds melted off. I was swimming at the community pool two or three mornings a week and overall, I lost 40 pounds. Of course, however, they almost all came back as soon as I got tired of drinking a milkshake for every meal. Terrified of being a yo-yo dieter forever, I finally worked up the courage to join Weight Watchers. I re-lost 30 pounds and have stayed there for several years without any kind of formal exercise.
Now I'm ready to take it to the next level. No more "diets." I'm ready for a lifestyle change.
