Most of my life I have been very active. I worked out, ran track, was involved with swimming, gynmastics, cheering and as I got older a lot of walking and running to stay active. I had my children and saw the pounds creeping in when I was a size 14. Then one challenge after the other crept in and I ate and ate until I was well over 200 pounds.
I began this journey with Beachbody in March 2010 and boy has it been a battle. I have been back and forth with weight lost and gain until I was back to square one, 235 pounds. So recently I began to address a lot of what is and was going on with me. I began to really stick out and plan out my workouts and saw that I can actually do this with patience and love for myself. So my new journey began September 19, 2010, then again March 2011, with a different tone, changing my love for myself, increasing my spirituality, mental mindset along with my fitness.
So here I am on this journey to get fit so I can stay healthy and watch my children grow. And one day have the blessing of being an active grandmother, when I am like 100 :) I so much want to stay healthy b/c I am a single mother of 2 and need to be here for my children in right mind, body and soul.
So cheer me on as I go through this journey and feel free to read my blogs. I am keeping a close eye on what I am doing and how to get better.

One other goal I look forward to accomplishing is being on a workout with Chalene. Although I love all the workouts, I really enjoy her energy, funnyness and jamming to the workout. I will achieve my fitness journey and I will be working out with Chalene and other buddies. Pray for me. God bless !!!
