I am a 46yr. old married man from Illinois. I have ordered the Power 90
program and am anxiously awaiting its arrival. I have been overweight my
entire life. It just got to me so much I decided it's time for a change. I was
athletic in high school, played football and track but was always overweight
and could not preform to the standards I would like to have. I am tired of
getting winded any time I do anything. And am also worried about my back.
In 1995 I had back surgery and was told I have degeneritive disc disease. And
if I continued on that road I would have problems in my later years. Well I
finally have decided it's time to do something about that. If I can figure
everything out on this thing I will leave updates to my progress.

Transformation story

My story starts out like most all others. I have been overweight my intire
adult life. My wife and I lost our son to cystic fibrosus in Nov. of '07. This is

My story starts out like most all others. I have been overweight my intire
adult life. My wife and I lost our son to cystic fibrosus in Nov. of '07. This is
when I saw the infomercial on TV one night while laying in a motel room. I
thought after what we have been through it was time to take care of my
health once and for all. I first logged onto beachbody.com to see what they
offered. I then ordered P90, and waited anxiously for its arrival. When I
received it I immediatly open it and started reading what I had to next, Could
not wait to get started. I did the full 90 days of P90, then ordered the P90X
and have been going ever since. I can't wait from one workout to the next. It
just gives such a rush to me. I live every minute. I am not yet where I want to
be in my fitness just yet. But I know as long as I keep pushing play I will
reach my goal. And this is exactly what I plan on doing. Nothing will stop me
now.
