I am technically a healthy weight for my height...but that doesn't mean I look forward to putting on a bathing suit! I've been battling this 10 pounds (or at least I think that's what's needed) ever since having kids...which I really didn't gain much weight from, but most definitely my SHAPE changed! It's time to get in the RIGHT shape!
