Turbo Jam changed my life for the better in so many ways. Doing these awesome work outs day after day resulted in a completely different person. Not just on the outside but on the inside too. I appreciate food now, when before I didn't even look at the nutrition facts and what I was actually eating. I exercise because I love to do it, it is so much fun and I could not be more thankful for Turbo Jam and what it has done for me. I don't always come on WOWY to record a workout but I shoot for 1 1/2- 2 hours of exercise a day 5-6 days a week! :D
