MY 2012 GOALS:

- run a marathon (race day is 5/26/12, four days before my 26th birthday!) - COMPLETE! Official time was 5:11:49!

My first goal of 2012 is met! I ran my very first marathon on 5/26/12. I paired my marathon training plan with Shakeology and TurboFire. I lost 18 pounds and my energy levels are through the roof!  More ...
My first goal of 2012 is met! I ran my very first marathon on 5/26/12. I paired my marathon training plan with Shakeology and TurboFire. I lost 18 pounds and my energy levels are through the roof!

Next came P90X. I used P90X, Shakeology, and the P90X Results and Recovery Formula to work on getting toned for my wedding day. Wedding tasks got in the way a lot during the program, so I did not get the results I would have liked because I had other priorities.

Now that the wedding is over, I'm starting over with ChaLean Extreme. I'm still working to get that toned body!
