Ahoy! Thanks for checking out my page! I've been a huge beachbody fan for awhile now but just recently decided to become a coach. I do so because one of my passions is health and fitness and I love to see people get healthy and fit. I decided to get certified as a trainer with NASM so I had some credibility and could answer questions pertaining to health and fitness.
My name is Legend. I am a single mother of two beautiful boys. With a full time Job and two full time children sometimes it gets hard to get a workout in but i'm determined. I always find time.
I have completed p90x ,p90x2, Insanity, Insanity Asylum Vol one and Vol two. I just became a mudder this year! I send my thanks out to Tony Horton and Shaun T for helping me prepare for the Toughmudder April 14, 2013. It was awesome and i feel like a warrior! I'm loving it! I am currently working on T25 with a P90X flair.

OK so this is supposed to be recovery week. So normally I would just follow the same thing I did on week 4 but I had to switch things up personally because I will be missing a few workouts this More ...
