My youngest baby was born in June of this year. After three kids, I realized there were some things I wanted to change about my body. Mainly, I want to strengthen my core and tone the rest of my body. I didn't really have a support system and then I got in touch with my coach and came to the realization that I can accomplish this goal, still tend to my family and have fun in the process!
