I'm really just your average American girl who has the same struggles as the rest of you: finding time to work out, portion control, picking the right foods. The biggest thing that helps me is accountability! So please if you see me stuffing my face with a big fat cheeseburger, feel free to knock it out of my hands ;)

I'm an active duty Air Force and mommy of two boys. It's my goal to be an outstanding example for them. 10 years ago I was a slim and trim 120 pounds. However a few years out of high school I gained 30 pounds in ONE year. A few years after that I got pregnant with my first handsome son and gained 50 pounds! Yup, you're counting right I was 200 pounds! Being active duty I had 6 months to get back in shape. I struggled, and before I could do my post partum PT test...I was pregnant AGAIN! Along came baby two and 23 pounds. I was 175 pounds when I had him and I've been busting my butt since then! I recently passed my PT test with a 91.3%. It's my goal to get in the best shape of my life! I know it can be a struggle, TRUST ME!! Please join me in this adventure to a healthier you!

Today I started Slim in 6 and I really love it! Hopefully this will be just what I need to tone up! Now I just need to focus on working out 3-5x a week and eating healthy on the weekends too. I ate More ...
