I have always been into fitness and very active as ...a gymnast, yogi, and dancer. So, as a graduate student and therapist, I began feeling stiff from sitting more than I ever had in my life.
Tony Horton and I became workout buddies and have been friends for a couple of years. He continually challenges me to try new things and I have found that the more I worked out, the less my lower back hurt. His extreme diet and fitness practice inspired me to get back to a more balanced routine of my own, and once my core strengthened I was able to do back handsprings and back aerials again, at 44 years old.
