I am looking forward to getting back into shape and losing about 20 lbs. A lot of my clothes are feeling tight now and it's depressing to choose an outfit in the morning. I would also like to firm up my abs and arms! Let's Go!!!

I have been working out "consistently" since April. I did miss several weeks over the summer and did gain a lot of weight back! Amazing how long and slow it takes to lose it and how fast it is to put More ...
I have been working out "consistently" since April. I did miss several weeks over the summer and did gain a lot of weight back! Amazing how long and slow it takes to lose it and how fast it is to put it on?! So, now I am going to undo those pounds and tone up. I'd like to be around 15-20 lbs. lighter and more toned by December (before the holidays).
