I am so happy right now!!I went to my doctor today because in 2009 i was diagonsed with Osteoporosis,,,,I had a bone scan done again this october, she said: She has never seen such a dramatic change! So much so that she had my original 2009 bone scan brought back up and looked at it along side my new bone scan with another another speciliast. We looked to see if something may have been wrong with the first one, but no matter how we mixed things up (not sure what they do, move a box around on it) we could not make the 2009 numbers change. Normally, I see a 3 to 7 % increase, but you had a 26% increase in bone mass!. I told her about my workouts, she said that combined with the fosamex/reclast could have done it. I no longer have to be on any medications! THANK YOU SHAUN T and TONY, Insanity, Insanity the ASYLUM and P90x you rock! So instead of spending what ? $1,000 on Reclast I can put that money to better use. P90x2 here I come. Home direct Shakeology Probably!

I'm 58 years wiser. I completd P90x in 2008, I saw/had great results and loved it. I've gone off and on P90x since then. September 2010 I started again, One Round of P90x, Two rounds of INSANITY and had amazing results. I moved on and completed The ASYLUM, I am currently doing the P90x/Asylum Hybrid. I am going to keep going! I love how I feel and look. My new goal is to get my abs to "pop". I have 13 months before I turn sixty. I'm on a mission. ARE YOU? DO you have the Fire in your belly? What are your goals? Would you like help in selecting a program that is for YOU?, One that you can SUSTAIN for the duration and not just one that sounds good because everyone else is doing it. I'd love to help you if you want help. Or just chat with me to get information. Beachbody has showed me that we "DO" have control over our bodies. The key is: to do What you can do with a little pushing of yourself. Don't work outside of your limits as that will/can be discouraging, instead BUILD your limits Higher by selecting the program that is right for you, one that you can maintain! It is amazing how your body will and wants to respond.
I use to think it was just a saying, "you are what you eat", but I now realize how important it is to put the right foods in your body, and the value of eating clean. You don't have to be a saint! There are times you will eat something that you know is not the best and that IS ok. What IS important is to be able to shake that off, pick yourself up, and start eating right again. The focus shouldn't be on the bad stuff you ate, but on how you move forward onto your next meal! I would be happy to help you reach your goals! I recently completed Insanity! I have also done two rounds of P90x, although not consecutively. I have been involved with beachbody for 4 years. I would do a program, get great results, be happy about it and wonder why a year or so later I was in the same place. This time it will be different, because I feel different. I now realize how much control we DO have over our bodies. With the combination of eating right and "moving" you can remain fit. That is my plan and I'm sticking with it. If you want to know what else I do just ask!
