A LITTLE OVER TWO YEARS AGO I JOINED BEACHBODY BECAUSE I WAS
OUT OF SHAPE. IV'E ALWAYS BEEN THIN, BUT AREAS WERE SAGGING
THAT NORMALLY DO WITH AGE WHEN YOU DON'T EXERCISE ENOUGH AND
EAT TOO MANY DESSERTS! I STARTED EXERCISING TO THE SLIM AND SIX DVD!
MY OVERALL GOAL IS TO OPTIMIZE MY HEALTH AND TONE MY BODY
AS WELL AS HELPING OTHER PEOPLE LIVE A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE

I have reached my goal of becoming healthy! My cholesterol has been so good my Dr. would'nt do a screening this year! My new goal is to gain muscle weight! My cholesterol in 2010 was HDL 70, LDL 106 and blood pressure 112/60 This is fantastic,so now I have a new goal, to gain more lean muscle and strength! I'm already seeing and feeling a difference! My rear is lifting and I'm seeing definition in my arms and legs! Please join me in an effort to keep us all healthy!
