If you're like me, you've tried just about every diet on the planet, counted your exchanges, carbs, figured out "Points," and made endless trips to the Gym. I failed at all of them, until I heard about Beachbody. People who claim weight loss, and can prove it, made a "commitment," something I never did until now. Why now? I followed a 7 day "try-it"

It's March 1, 2012 and I'm taking a new ride with Shakeology and adding some different exercise options. I will be reducing my caloric intake also, to 1,100 calories a day. I will be taking a new full length picture of me every month to show my progress, which will probably be slow. I'm one of the "elderly" members of Beachbody and yes, there is a program for you too. We're not all "Bikini" types, but we can still get fit and healthy. Why not do it together?
