I'm a newlywed, a daughter, a sister, a friend. I make a living sharing my passion for health and fitness as a Fitness Professional - I specialize in coaching and leadership development. My PASSION is transforming bodies and lives through fitness and teaching others to pay-it-forward by doing the same!

My "career" in fitness began at young age because I have ALWAYS had to work to have the body I want. Though I have never been overweight, I have the body type and a sweet tooth that could easily get me off track.

I began exercising early in high school and took an interest in strength training - I immediately fell in love with the way it made me feel. As a cheerleader and dancer I had an active lifestyle including many hours of practice each week to keep me in shape through high school. When I hit college it was up to me to keep my activity level up by going to the University rec center and working out on my own.

It wasn't until I moved to Chicago and began participating in Group Fitness that my passion for exercise reached a new level. The social aspect and instructor education provided in group fitness was a key ingredient to my success and my decision to make exercise a part of my career.
